Please allow J80FIT between 3-4 extra processing days during high volume ordering times. Order processing and order shipping timelines are SEPARATE timelines. You can expect your carrier to ship within the time frame chosen only after the order has been processed & fulfilled by the warehouse. Email: info@jatiebeauty for questions & clarification. 

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMELINES

Jatie Beauty will provide a tracking number with all items shipped. We offer a range of shipping services from USPS, Fed-Ex and DHL. For time sensitive shipments, including 2-day shipments, orders must be received before 12:00p MST to ship out the same business day. All orders received after the cutoff will ship the following business day. Jatie Beauty may ship orders by their carrier of choice for all free and promotional shipping rates.

Buyer must provide the shipping carrier at least 7 days after expected delivery date before items are considered missing and claims can be filed and investigated.

DISCLAIMER for International Orders:

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be or you can utilize the Duties and Taxes calculator at checkout.
